Shipping and Other Policies
We ship UPS.

We do our best to ship your basket within 24 hours
(not including weekends and holidays)
In some cases, we will be able to ship your basket on
the same day it is ordered.

We can not ship to P.O. Boxes nor do we ship C.O.D.

Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not
guaranteed. Additional shipping fees will be applied if a
second delivery must be made or UPS must forward
the package to another address. Please ensure an
accurate address when ordering to prevent this
situation.

With regard to hospital deliveries, since release dates
are unpredictible, we highly recommend sending the
gift to the recipient's home for them to enjoy upon their
return.

Holiday Delivery
During peak times, (such as Christmas,Valentine's
Day, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day)
deliveries may take an additional day to arrive.  
Please plan accordingly as we have no control over
how long the delivery will take....weather, package
volume, etc. can all effect delivery time.
Damaged Policy
Any gift baskets that arrive damaged will need to be
reported within 10 days. Please keep all products and  
shipping materials intact to help us remedy the
situation with the shipping company.  A replacement
item will be shipped to you or your recipient.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a
refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling).
Simply return the item in its original container. Please
insure your package when shipping it back as we are
not responsible for items lost in transit.

Substitution Policy
Products may vary according to seasonal trends and
weather conditions and are subject to change at the
designer's discretion.
Products of equal or greater value may be substitued.
